TIMELINE: 12+ MONTHS OUT

Ideal for the couple that is engaged and ready to jump into wedding planning. This package offers professional guidance with venue selection, logistics, design, vendor selection, AND day-of execution on wedding day! Includes pre-planning services, planning meetings, vendor referrals, site visits, budget oversight and so much more!

Partial Planning + Design

TIMELINE: 6-9 MONTHS OUT

Ideal for the couple that has secured a date with a venue, and desires professional guidance with planning, design, vendor selection, AND desires professional execution on wedding day! Includes pre-planning services, interval planning meetings, and professional vendor referrals to get you on the way!

Month Of Coordination

TIMELINE: < 60 DAYS OUT

This service is perfect for the client that desires professional execution of your hard work and plans. We step in days leading up to the wedding and finalize all details of the day, and show up to execute.

After receiving your online wedding inquiry and questionnaire, we will schedule your initial phone consultation to go over your responses and which service offering best fits your wedding planning needs. If after your phone consultation you're ready to move forward, you will receive a proposal for retainer payment.

VENDOR POLICY

With the exception of photography, we will happily work with your choice of vendors to execute your special day. We do require that your wedding day photography team be chosen from our list of preferred vendors.

We provide our full TNW Preferred Vendors list after contract signing. This is a vetted team of professionals that we work with regularly and can highly recommend to our clients, with services ranging from beauty to calligraphy to bartending services. Ask us about the benefits of a proven and vetted preferred vendor list during your initial consultation!

Destination Wedding

TIMELINE: 9+ MONTHS OUT

If you’re looking to plan your wedding celebration somewhere other than home, but still want a reputable planner you know and trust, this service is for you. We come alongside with you to plan your destination wedding and utilize our large network of vendor connections to be sure that your wedding day is perfectly tropical!

Micro-Wedding Planning

TIMELINE: 6+ MONTHS OUT

Not all couples want to have a large soiree with 300 loved ones. Some clients want the “wedding experience” without the guest list and complexities that come with it. If that sounds like you, this service will help you plan the micro wedding of your dreams without sparing any of the details that make your wedding day unforgettable.

Wedding Design Team

This service is for you if you have support executing your event (i.e. venue coordinator), but need help designing your day. We’ll create a custom design plan according to your vision, and ensure it comes to life on your wedding day.
